Publicity is the responsibility of the organisation booking the shows
Posters
The Bonington Theatre will display posters, provided by the production, on their internal and external notice boards
The local libraries will also display A4 posters but must be contacted directly

Several local shops in Arnold and area will also display A4 or A5 posters but these must also be contacted directly.

Bonington theatre will display show information on this web site and the “whats on” section of the Gedling Borough web site.
Information for the web sites should be provided as soon after booking as possible and consist of:
Name of show
Name of Company.
Dates and times of Show
Ticket prices
2 photographs of production or artists
2 paragraphs of description of the performance.
Theatre Brochure
The bonington theatre produces a brochure 3 times a year with listings of shows and events.
Information as listed above should be provided at time of booking so that this can be included in the next brochure should space and production dates be met.
